Negative automatic thoughts, negative attitudes and intrusive memories are cognitive features associated with depression. Negative interpretations from intrusive memories and avoidance reactions to them are associated with depression. Some of studies assume intrusive Memories features (distress associated with it and detachment and numb feeling with it) as determinant of depression while based on the results of other studies responses to these intrusive can predict depression very well. The goal of this study is toinvestigate the relationship between negative automatic thoughts, negative attitudes, intrusive memories features and responses to them with depression and the ability of these variables at depression prediction. Therefore, 112 women between 25 and 35 years old at Marefat Culture Home completed the BDI-II, NAT Questionnaire, Cognitive Triad Inventory, and RIQ (Response to Intrusions Questionnaire), and multivariable linear regression has been used to investigate relationship between variables. Negative automatic thoughts, negative attitudes and intrusive memories features (distress associated with intrusive memories and detachment and numb feeling with retrieval them) can predict depression, while negative interpretations from intrusive memories and suppression and rumination responses cannot predict depression. It can be concluded that if past unpleasant events do not integrate with person's story life, intrusive memories and distress and numb and detachment feeling with them can result depression.

Perceived stress among prisoners can cause some psychological and physical problems, and cause positive attitudes toward drugs and tendency to drug use among them. This study aimed to decline perceived stress among drug-dependent prisoners and change their attitude toward drugs. This was a semi-experimental study conducted in a pretest-posttest and follow-up design with a control group. Statistical population of this study was prisoners of Rafsanjan prison that were treating with Methadone maintenance. 30 prisoners were randomly selected and assigned for experimental and control groups randomly. For collecting data, Perceived Stress Questionnaire (Cohen, et al, 1983) and Attitude toward Drugs Questionnaire (Nazari, 2000) were used. Training program included 10 sessions and each session was 90 minutes. After sessions finished, post-test, and follow-up test were done after 2 months. The average of scores significantly decreased both post-test and follow-up in experimental group but no differences in control group. Accordingly, this study concluded that the recent intervention could effectively decrease perceived stress both in short- and long-term and also cause negative attitude toward drugs among them.

Abstract The purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between early maladaptive schemas and God image. To do so, 125 students of Shiraz University were selected using multi-stage cluster sampling. The instruments used in this study consisted of the Young Early Maladaptive Schema Questionnaire —Short Form (SQ-SF) and Lawrence’s God Image Scale (GIS) (Lawrence, 1997; Sadeghi, 1384).Results showed that there was no significant relationship between early maladaptive schemas and image of God. Despite the lack of significant correlation between total scores of maladaptive schemas and image of God, there was a negative and significant relationship between social isolation, compliance and strict standards schemas with God image. Other maladaptive schemas did not show significant relationship with God image. These results indicate that those who think God is very controlling have negative emotional responses to God. That is, someone who feels that they are powerless and dependent and nothing is under their control shapes a negative image of God.
